MATES 2010 is colocated with the Informatik 2010 a yearly meeting of the Gesellschaft der Informatik. This event is located in the center of Leipzig not far from the main station (Hauptbahnhof). The address is:

Arrival

By plane

From the airport Leipzig/Halle the center can be reached by car in approximately 30 minutes. There are also frequent train connections between the airport and Leipzig Hauptbahnhof.
It is also possible to use Berlin Airport (about 2 hrs by train) or Frankfurt Airport ( about 3.5 hrs) or Hannover Airport (about 3.5 hrs).

By train

Leipzig can be reached from almost every European city by train.
The Leipzig railway station (Hauptbahnhof) is at walking distance from the conference site.

By car

Leipzig can be reached via the highways A9 (Berlin-Nürnberg), A14 (Magdeburg-Dresden) and A38 (Göttingen-Leipzig)
